My stay at Battlefield B & B was truly memorable. The rooms were cozy with a very comfortable bed, TV, and even two massage chairs that were outstanding. However, our room was small and located right next to the fireplace, which caused a persistent smell of chimney smoke. The service was beyond phenomenal, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure both myself and my dog were comfortable and taken care of. The location was perfect, close to downtown and the battlefields but far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. The dining experience was well-prepared and plentiful, although it left a bit to be desired during the busy Memorial Day weekend.
The hotel rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and full of character, with recognized furnishings that give it a unique touch. The service is exceptional, ensuring all guests are well taken care of, even realizing the value of guests' time off. The location has an old-time feel, quiet yet close to historical sites. The dining experience is phenomenal, with delicious meals and engaging discussions. Facilities offer everything needed for a memorable stay.
